The roads and highway sectors play a crucial role in the growth of the Indian economy as around 65% of goods are transported via road, and nearly 90% of passenger traffic is by road. Physical payment of toll-fees for each and every vehicle passing through the toll-plaza not only causes a traffic jam but also results in wastage of time and fuel for the commuters.

A nation-wide Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) program has been implemented in India to facilitate unified and seamless movement of traffic across all toll roads in India.

EFKON India provides a powerful lane engine with associated sub-systems that facilitate fraud-free transaction management, allowing for a steady, accurate, and traceable financial flow. The whole system is monitored by way of data-driven controls and video tracking capabilities. This is in addition to separate monitoring utilities placed at the main control centre.

Electronic Toll Management Systems (e-TMS – FASTag)

EFKON India’s Toll Management Systems (TMS), helps in all electronic toll collection in free-flow traffic or automated payments at conventional toll plazas, high-occupancy vehicles (HOV) lanes, toll bridges, tunnels, etc. We design, implement, and maintain an optimal solution to meet our clients’ tolling needs with support of Smart cards and FASTag.
