Technical Services and Support (TSS)
All our employees complete a training program certification as a service expert. To ensure high-quality standards, we continuously conduct training and qualification programs for our employees and service experts periodically to review their certification as well.
Our TSS services comprise:
- Maintenance (inspection, cleaning, corrective, and adaptive maintenance)
- Helpdesk Service (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support)
- Spare Part Management
- Level 1 training for customer personnel
